"Wavescraper" is John's first outing since last years "Cleaning Sounds Is A Filthy Business" album. It continues the theme of the album just for a momentand then moves on in usual Tejada fashion.
Based mostly around his new custommodular system, "Wavescraper" is an exploration into patch cable madness takingthe dance floor on a twisting crazy journey. "Wavescraper" opens up the singlewith a raw fierce sound. "Model 12" is in a sense classic Tejada, with it'ssmoothed out lead and soulful elements. "Symmetry" rounds off the ep withleftover hints from his "Cleaning Sounds" album. Although there are much morecomplex ideas going on synth wise, it is a subtle experimentation notoverwhelming the listener, rather accenting the sounds and rhythms Tejada hasbecome known for.Soon to follow is a new 4 track ep by John Tejada & Justin Maxwell.
