Coming back for a second year, The Virgin Festival sponsored by Virgin Mobile will be held at the Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, MD. The festival, held on Aug 4-5, will feature some outstanding names including Beastie Boys, Smashing Pumpkins, and The Police. The lineup features an eclectic mix of artists in order to reach a wider audience.
