Sean Combs has upped Harve Pierre to president of his label Bad Boy Records.

Pierre, who joined Bad Boy when it was created in 1993, was most recently the label's executive VP/General Manager/VP of A&R.

He will oversee the finance, creative, promotional, marketing, A&R, international and sales divisions at the label.
