Priority news this week is that Gabs has now released the special edition of her 'Lessons To Be Learned' - out in all the usual places. The special edition features a seasonal rendition of Connie Francis' 'Warm This Winter', a bonafide Christmas classic. This is particularly appropriate as it will be available to download on 15th December, just in time for Christmas itself.

The album also features an acoustic version of Gabriella's massive international hit 'Sweet About Me', her cover of Justin Timberlake's 'Cry Me A River' and an incredible new track 'Round & Round'

This weekend just gone, Gabs made her mark performing 'Sweet About Me'. live on 'ITV Divas', one of the biggest annual music shows on ITV 1. Sharing the bill with legends and contemporaries - the likes of Dionne Warwick, Pink, Leona Lewis and Rhianna - this appearance was a marker for the amazing progress made this year and her emergence as a major new talent.

Courtney Holt tapped to run music offshoot

MySpace has found its top music man. News Corp.'s social-networking site has named Courtney Holt prexy of MySpace Music, the music offshoot it launched in September with the backing of all four of the biggest record companies.Holt, who formerly served as exec VP of digital music for MTV Networks Music and Logo Group, takes the reins on Jan. 5.

			OUT NOW: GPMCD025 - Body Language Vol. 7 mixed by Matthew Dear Matthew’s eagerly-awaited Body Language mix is a very personal selection, and one which reflects his own artistic interests, concerns and strategies. 			OUT NOW: GPM101 - Booka Shade - Sweet Lies Having spent the year (if not most of this decade!) tirelessly touring the globe, Booka Shade return with ‘Sweet Lies’- the third single to be taken from their acclaimed third album, The Sun & The Neon Light. At its core, ‘Sweet Lies’ is an emotive, slightly melancholic song about escaping real life by getting lost in nightlife. Booka Shade’s ‘Easy Way Out’ mix is one long, compelling reason to do exactly that! Patrice Bäumel, whose Get Physical single ‘Roar’ has been one of the year’s biggest club tracks, furnishes his label bosses with a thrilling remix that aims for the dancefloor but also celebrates the song-form at the heart of it. 			OUT DECEMBER 10th: GPM103 - Gel Abril - Miranda Whether it is early December or late August, Gel Abril keeps it hot or cool - depending on which side of the equator you’re on - with an exceptional 12" of synth soaked, bleep saturated and tech drenched House. All exclusively produced by the talented Shlomi Aber in their hometown of Tel Aviv, Israel. Collectively they have released on Josh Wink’s Ovum Recordings as well as their own acclaimed Be As One Imprint.
