J Records on Edge

Exec upped to president of music unit

Peter Edge has been upped to president, A&R, at J Records where he will continue to report to Clive Davis, chairman & CEO, BMG Label Group.

Edge has been with J since its inception in 2000 when he joined as vice president, A&R. During his tenure he has teamed with Alicia Keys, Dido, Mario and Jamie Foxx among others. Prior to joining J, he was senior director of A&R at Arista Records.
