NASTY FUNKER

NastyFunker ( a.k.a Mike Elliott ) fell in love with dance music in the mid 90s when he got into the rave scene. After a couple of years of rockin to the like of Carl Cox and Slipmatt he decided to go to Cream in Liverpool as there was a spare seat on the bus. This was when he first realised House music was where it was at, withing a few months he had his first set of decks and He's never looked back since.

He played alongside the likes of K-Klass, Jazzy M
( Ministry of Sound), Paul Taylor ( Retro / Tall Trees ), Adrian Luvdup ( Eden / Miss Moneypennies ) Mark Armstrong ( Shindig ) Peter james ( Perfect ) and Ki Creighton ( Uber ).

Unfortunately due to personal reasons they pulled the plug on Crush in 2005.

Having taken a couple of years of to recharge the battries ( after years of abuse) , moved to London and settled down he feels the time is right to get back into things. He wants to be the one making the tunes now not just the one playing them so he's setting up his own label Noise Recordings.
