Since it’s launch Transitions has become one of - if not - the most anticipated releases in the compilation calendar; over the past two years its single disc, twice-yearly format has provided dance music fans a regular, contemporary snapshot of John.

Thursday at the Fader Fort was hallmark. As the Austin dusk
set, My Morning Jacket, Thurston Moore (of Sonic Youth), Joseph Arthur, and Dr. Dog gave tribute to Lou Reed. The lights

shone golden on Lou himself gave a wicked live show with

Moby- as the crowd all sang along to "Walk On A Wild Side."

N.E.R.D concluded the night (after making the crowd wait for a

diva-like amount of time) with Pharrell doing a ska-esque

dance-off onstage and inviting two chicks on-stage to grind. They also debuted some new songs but if we told you what they

were we'd have to kill you.

Michael G. Riley has rocketed to the top of the Radio Disney charts.

Radio Disney is broadcast over 50 radio stations and is available via XM and Sirius satellite radio. The program service is also streamed on RadioDisney.com and via the iTunes radio tuner. According to the company, Radio Disney reaches 97% of the country (U.S.A).
