A news and networking site for the electronic and commercial music business created by Daniel Furlong[DJ] and supported by the Electronic and Commercial Music Business community.

Hello family & friends. Today is a big day. Elevate is officially released and available wherever music is sold.
When I set out to make Elevate, I set an ambitious goal for myself. I wanted to create an album that allowed people to experience my remixes in a brand new context; woven between original material as part of an album that would flow seamlessly as a coherent musical journey.
I wanted to change the perspective of what constitutes an electronic album to fans and critics alike.
Elevate is the culmination of years of work and an evolution of my work as a producer. It is undoubtedly one of the most significant milestones in my life.
In addition to the amazing artists that I’ve had the opportunity to remix for this album, I’ve had the chance to collaborate with some truly talented songwriters and musicians: Lissie, Tyler James, Camila Grey, and Matt Wasley. I am absolutely elated and I hope you’ll join me in celebrating this momentous day with your support.

SAW.RECORDINGS WMC PARTY!
March is always an important month for us at Saw. We pride ourselves on the music we release as well as our annual Winter Music Confrence party.
This year marks our 8th consecutive return to Miami for what is unanimously 'the craziest week of the year.' We've always made a point of trying to 1-up the previous years party. So to help us do just that we have teamed with Stussy and brought in the following DJ talent.

Thursday at the Fader Fort was hallmark. As the Austin dusk
set, My Morning Jacket, Thurston Moore (of Sonic Youth), Joseph Arthur, and Dr. Dog gave tribute to Lou Reed. The lights
shone golden on Lou himself gave a wicked live show with
Moby- as the crowd all sang along to "Walk On A Wild Side."
N.E.R.D concluded the night (after making the crowd wait for a
diva-like amount of time) with Pharrell doing a ska-esque
dance-off onstage and inviting two chicks on-stage to grind. They also debuted some new songs but if we told you what they
were we'd have to kill you.
Instead, here's some memorable moments... check out MORE SHOTS HERE:
