#VIJAY & SOFIA

#BELGIUM

Born in Belgium those two friends 

met each other  when they were really young. 

Even though, they worked together 

for many years, it was only after a wild 

summer in Ibiza that came the idea 

of Vijay & Sofia (Zlatko).  


The meaning of this duo take his 

roots back in the day when they had separate careers.


Raised with music Vijay:Dj &

producer also known under the"Select"moniker 

started in Belgium 15 years ago and 

made his lines on the music Duo  Parallel. 


Quickly attract by the production 

side he has already been 

remixing the biggest names of 

the #edm_industry  such as  

Rodriguez Jr 

(Mobilee), Nico Pusch, Camilo 

Franco (Space Ibiza), Trockensaft, 

Javi Munoz (Troya Ibiza) and many 

more.

His first released started with Home 

Sweet Home on 03 Records, from 

then, Vijay had open the doors and 

many collaborations will follow very 

soon with tracks signed on famous 

labels as Pure Records, Stereo 

Paradise, Progrezo Records and City Life Records for starters.



Sofia Zlatko from her side is a pure 

artist, always inspired and creative, 

she always does things with love 

and passion. Music has been 

the essence of her daily basis as 

she danced on "high stakes" for 

more than 15 years. 


Slowly but surely, 

she jumped to the other side and 

started to follow Vijay on tour and 

play with him in the studio.


Although this two performers are 

playing together only for a little 

while their music offered them the 

opportunity to perform in famous  


locations around Europe as the Gay 

Pride or The V-Tech festival where 

Vijay shared the spinners with no 

body else than  

Kenny Larkin from Detroit or the 

celebrity french producer Agoria.


They are now working together on 

many project and remixes. 


"Their recent #CLUB CRUSHER!!! 

inspired by the Asaf & Avidan - 

'May Be You Are' will be released 

on 'Brown Eyed Boyz Records' next 

June (2013) and already promises 

to be part of the next spring's 

charts...Upcoming events will see 

them perform both Live & DJ sets at 

locations around Europe, Geneva 

may be Paris and Winter Festival"
