Here at the We Love… camp heads are still suffering from the weekends debauchery. The season has hit it’s stride, the heat is enough to melt your havianas and the hedonism is in full swing. Sunday was by far the most fun the family has had this for the season. But in trying to pinpoint the reasoning for this euphoria, I realise my recollection of the night has become barrage of noises, beats, celeb sightings, blurs of strobe, all borne with a perpetual grin.
So, unless you have been hiding under a rock for the last month or so, you’ll know that this Sunday is Space’s 19th Birthday, and We love... have been busy blowing up balloons & sending out invites for this years birthday bash.
High on the list of important guests this year, one of the electronic music scene’s defining acts, returning to Space after 14yrs like the prodigal son, The Chemical Brothers. Other treats in the discoteca include British wunderkid Nic Fanciulli, and the seminal Jeff Mills.
The uber cool kids at Ed banger records are never one to shirk a party, and this round they are going one better, the boys are claiming the Terraza as their own. Monthly residents & Busy PDJ Medhi will be banging it out alongside French pop legends Cassius, the Italian musical magnate Claudio Coccoluto, and terrace veterans Smokin Jo and Alex Woolfenden.
The Chew The Fat’s party people include The Rogue Element and Heavy Feet to rock out the Red Room. Ibizan Kings should be the theme for the Sunset Terrace with AndyBaxter, Jason Bye,Pete Gooding and Alfredo.
