A Superior Court judge has thrown out the defamation lawsuit of Tyruss Himes, who claims XL magazine and a Fox affiliate wrongly implicated him in the murder of NOTORIOUS B.I.G. Himes was a friend of TUPAC SHAKUR and rival of B.I.G.




TOM JONES FIGHTS TO KEEP BURBERRY FACTORY OPEN




Responding to the announcement that English fashion house BURBERRY would be closing its Rhondda, England, factory in March, TOM JONES has written a letter begging the company to keep the branch open. "As a local boy, I know how important this factory has been to the community in Rhondda," Jones writes. Well, everyone needs a cause. It sure beats K-Fed's penny campaign.
