Daft Punk's Electroma – a feature-length silent film about a mythic quest of two robots (played by Peter Hurteau and Michael Reich) who journey across American on a quest to become human– will hit North American shelves in the fall from Vice Records after a handful of summer screenings at various festivals.

The film was written by Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo (aka Daft Punk), will make its round of North American screenings starting June 14th in Toronto, Ontario. Although the soundtrack does not feature original Daft Punk material, the two leads in the film appear as robotic forms of the French duo.
