The Webby Awards are the Internet's most respected trophies that have been honouring the best of the web for twelve years.
This year the Webby's received almost 10,000 entries from over 60 countries worldwide, which were whittled down to just five nominees by the Awards' Academy members in each of a hundred categories.
The final winners will be decided by the panel of judges that includes web-savvy celebs like David Bowie, Miramax's Harvey Weinstein, Simpsons creator Matt Groening plus proper geeks like Vinton Cerf-he's the dude that invented the Internet-and top cats from companies like RealNetworks.
The Webby Awards will be announced on May 6, 2008. If we win, you'll be the first to know!
